What are you trying to accomplish? You probably won't be able to easily switch back and forth between an Nvidia GPU and an AMD APU because they would each require conflicting display drivers.

If you wanted to make a permanent switch to the APU you should probably physically remove the Nvidia GPU and uninstall it's drivers. Then switch your monitor cable from the GPU's output to your motherboard's output. Finally you would want to go to AMD's website and get the latest graphics drivers for your APU.

Like I said, this isn't something you would want to do on a daily basis. If you told us specifically why you wanted to do this someone might be able to come up with a simpler option for getting it done.

That is a good tutorial to follow from someone at Tom's Hardware. It's a pretty easy process. Part 1 might be all you need to do to get things running smoothly. If you are experiencing issues continue on with part 2.
