Seasonic S12G 650w vs Thermaltake Toughpower 750w

I'm building a desktop with these specs:

I recently ordered the S12G for $90 from Tigerdirect after a 10% off promo. However, now Newegg has this deal:

Is it worth returning the Seasonic in favor of this (seeing as they did ship late so I could probably get them to cover the cost)?

So, since the Thermaltake has better amp/watt ratings for the +12V rail, it would appear to be the better deal. Assuming you will ever need a 750W PSU, that is. The 650W Seasonic is more then enough for the system you spec'd out.

Would it be enough for if I ever added another graphics card? How much leeway would I have with the Seasonic?

With the 650W Seasonic, it would be marginal for a 2nd R9-280. The 750W Thermaltake, no problem.

What about for a 280x or a gtx 960 (instead of the 280)?

For a single card, either PSU would be fine.
For 2 x 250W (TDP) R9-280X, the 650W would be a bit light when maxed out.
For 2 x 120W (TDP) GTX 960, either would be fine.
