Hi, I'm looking to build a pc which will be used mostly for gaming. ince I currently live in Denmark, it looks that I'll have to pay more for parts compared to the prices listed here. I've currently chosen https://www.fcomputer.dk but if anybody knows a better place, please share it.

The main idea purpose of this build is to play 1080p on ultra settings, while being upgradable to play on 4k in the future. I would like to overclock, but can postpone if buying an i7 with stock cooler is more future proof.

Processor: Intel i5 4690K
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
GPU:MSI GTX 970 4G and SLI in 1 or 2 years
Motherboard: Asus Z97 Pro Gamer
Ram:KIngston HyperX Fury 8gb (Does it matter on what frequency is it at all?)
Hard Disk: As I understand it ssd only improves loading times and not actual performace,so HDD for now?
Case: NZXT 440 (I heard people say it works better with liquid cooling. Is it true?)
PSU: Cooler Master V750S (Should be enough for 2x970 in the future, right?)

The current configuration costs 10650 Danish Krone. Is it worth it to spend 500 krone more on i7 4790K with stock cooling and then save money for Liquid Cooling. Does i7 and Liquid Cooling warrant a 10/15% increase in price, will I get any similar increase in gaming performance when looking at the future?

Solution
i5 4790k is the best for value to performance CPU out there. as far as RAM frequencies go, 1600mhz is what I use but as long as its not lower then that you should be A-ok, It barely matters anyway.
