Hey so I am building a New Gaming rig.
Bit confused Between What to choose .
For the Amd
Amd 8320+R9 270x
For the Intel
i54570+R9 270
What will prove better in future?considering the fact that most playstations are eqqipted with amd 8core.
So what should be better?it will be used for gaming only at 1366x766.Any help will be good.

Neither would handle all games at max settings, GTA5 in particular is VRAM heavy and the 2GB runs out quickly. To max everything out'd need 4GB of memory like a GTX 970 at least.

if you are going to play at 766p you're only going to need an 8320. even though an i5 is better, you're going to be putting your money into a better card and thats what counts. And because the next gen consoles both have 8 core AMD processors, devs could take advantage of those extra cores in the future!

Personally i'd go with the Intel. Stronger performance, it'll last longer, and the upgrade path is far, far better on the Intel side.

As for the cores, it would help to have stronger single cores, yes. Games don't fully utilize all 8 cores of the 8320, at least not to my knowledge.

The 8320 has 8 cores and the i5 has 4. Its such a small difference it wont even be noticeable. That graphics card will make a much bigger difference than the CPU will, anyways.

You should definitively go with intel. It will be more future proof. If you go amd next time you need to upgrade your GPU you will most likely have to upgrade you CPU. If you go with intel now this chance would be significantly lower.

You can go with the i5-4440 or 4460 that is cheaper but have same gaming performance of the i5-4570

Btw, what is your budget and where do you live?

I live in india and my budget is 26000(406$) for CPu+Gpu

An R9 270X with 60fps average at 1080p. So at 720p, the resolution OP will be playing it will probably be able to get very high fps at ultra.
