What wattage PSU do I need to be able to upgrade to a GeForce GTX 970 on this build?

I currently have a semi-decent desktop computer that I've purchased around this time last year and within it is a GeForce GT 620 graphics card. I'd like to upgrade my graphics card to the GeForce GTX 970 but unfortunately I only have a 280W PSU, which I understand can be a problem. Can you suggest a PSU that's sufficient to power my entire system in a whole yet keep it budget? Thanks in advance!

This is the exact computer I purchased:

EDIT: Is this PSU compatible with my system? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028

Nvidia recommends 500 W psu as a minimum for the GTX 970. I fact, I use it with a good quality 400 W psu without any problems until I buy a 500 W psu (this night!). In that price region, you could have a look at Super Flower Golden Green HX 550W.

What Nvidia recommends means absolutely nothing they have no clue what the rest of your PC parts are.
The bottom line is a GTX 970 has a TDP of 140 watts.
A 450 Watt quality power supply will run your PC just fine. The CX series is not the quality I would be looking for they only come with a 3 year warranty for a reason.
In that price range I would look at this 550 Watt power supply very high quality, 7 year warranty made by Super Flower.
