Hi.
I have been using the wireless internet in my room on my Win7 laptop for several months without any issue. One day, without any apparent reason, the connection says "Unidentified Network" and "No Internet Access". However, when I tether my smartphone as a wireless hotspot, there is internet connection.
My phone and other business laptop can connect with no problems to the room's wireless.
I have tried the following on my the faulty laptop to no avail:
1.?System restore to a point before connection issues
2.Re-installing and updating network card driver
3.Reset TCP/IP Stack
4.Checking adapter settings (TCP/IPv6 and TCP/IPv4) and ?setting them to obtain address automatically
I have copied the ipconfig details for the faulty and the working business laptop below. I note that the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses etc for the working and faulty examples are different.
