So I'm looking to build this:

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-fan-rffz20su1

If you aren't the type for clicking on links, here are the specs:

CPU: AMD FX-6350
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 960 100ME (2GB GDDR5)
Motherboard: MSI 970 GAMING
PSU: EVGA 500B
Storage: WD Caviar Blue 1TB 7200RPM
Optical Drive: LG UH12NS30 Blu-Ray Reader

The case is a Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus which you can see here:

There are a few things I'd like to know:

Are there any cheaper windowed cases that look better than the one I have? (I.E. in the style of NZXT and Fractal Design)

Does the case contain cooling fans? If so, would I need or want to replace them for either airflow or noise purposes?

How many case fans should I buy and what brand should I buy them from? Since the build does have a lot of black theming, I'll take a good fan from Noctua so long as it has no brown coloring.

Currently I'm looking at two NZXT FZ-200mm LED fans. You can look at them here:

Of course, I'd also like to know if I need anything that I'm missing, such as a fan controller or power cables. Thanks in advance!

Solution
2x120mm intakes
3x120mm exhausts

No need for any other fans,IMO there's probably an exhaust too many in there anyway.

Good review at xtremesystems.org (can't link as its a forum & would be against site rules I think)
4 fans is pretty much ideal. Have the front fan be intake and rear + roof fans exhaust. As for the fans, the round-edged ones usually seem to ruin the airflow, so just get some regular square ones.
As for which ones...anything you like. Get the ones which are the quietest yet have highest airflow (CFM)

From Cooler Master official site: http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/elite-431-plus/

Front: 120mm blue LED fan x 1, or 140mm fan x 1(optional)
Top: 120mm fan x 2 (optional)
Rear: 80/90/120mm fan x 1 (optional)
Bottom: 80/90/120mm fan x 1 (optional)

So where do you plan to install those 200 mm fans? There is no mount point for even a single one, much less 2 of them. According to case specs, i would recommend getting one 140 mm fan for the front and move the 120 mm fan to the rear exhaust. If you want to keep all with the same look, i'll advise you to buy the case first and then buy LED fans of the same brand or others wich look similar to the supplied 120 mm blue fan.
