Wifi wont connect windows 8 Please help

I just updated my non genuine version of windows 7 to 8.( i got a legit version from canadian computers) IT wont let me see any networks available now but i tried connecting to my internet just be for and it said couldn't connect. I have two wireless adapters witch both worked on my windows 7. Can anyone help me

Now when i hover over my internet icon it says not connected and connections are available but when i click on it it wont open up to see the networks. I went into control panel and tried to view the networks from there and again it wont open to view the networks

D-link is the other one they both worked on windows 7 with no drivers being installed
(i just build this computer like 2weeks ago)
ps i dont know how to move this to the other section

What do you mean with no drivers being installed?Are these devices shown in device manager?

yes they are shown in device manager and say they are being read and working fine. I have now tired removing everything off the drives and reinstalling 8.1. But it has been stuck at resetting you pc 66% for the last 20mins
