This build will outperform the systems posted. Your getting a good Intel I5 cpu which out performs the AMD chips, with an H97 motherboard which allows you to upgrade to an I7 or Xeon CPU if needed, the additional RAM slots allow you to add additional RAM if you desire. A solid SSD with better read and write speeds then others listed above, allowing for quick loading times. The GPU is good, not the best, but provides a adequate level of performance to play majority of games on medium-high settings.
