Hello, I currently have an AMD 4300 FX quad core processor 3.8 MHz. 8GB of RAM
A Pny Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 graphics card (2gb 2048 MB GDDR5) and a 750w PSU.

for internet i'm currently getting 24 down and about 1.5 up and having absolutely no frame drop in league of legends.

I'm hoping to start streaming and first wanted to know if my computer would be able to handle streaming and if not, what would i need to upgrade to make it compatible.

second question is will my upload speed be enough, or do i need to bump it to 6 up?

thank you ahead of time for the responses :)

To test, get OBS and record to a HDD at streaming settings to see if your PC can handle it. It should though I know people who stream with less.

1.5 is too low. You will want around 5 megabit upload minimum. Usually you can get away with 2500 Kbs in OBS. But if you are going for 720p 60FPS it seems to to better for me at 3000 Kbs. 1080p 30 FPS should be at least 2700 - 3000. As explained in the OBS options this number is the target bitrate and it will frequently go much higher. At 2500 Kbs you can expect it to peak at 3500 Kbs+
