i have been plaing on my old pc for 3y now and i want to move on i have done some reserch and i have made this build. The problem is that iam an under 18 so all my money is pocket money (takes ages to colect for a pc ).
Now as you are experts can you tell me where can i save some cash or make any improvments. Also will this run games like Witcher 3 at high? (mainly why iam building this pc)

Solution
You could save a few if you take a step down from the top i5 CPU
also your GPU is the majority of your costs...
Lower GPU = Lower Cost
Your GPU is a bit overkill if you are just gonna run 1080p resolution.
The GTX 970 is a monster card and likely much cheaper.

AMD
Get the R9 280X or better "it offers the best sub-$300 graphics card performance that money can buy." -Tomshardware.com
Get the GTX 970 or better "more often than not, the GeForce GTX 970 will beat the Radeon R9 290X at similar graphics settings." -Tomshardware.com

Both choices are excellent... the 280X is much cheaper than your current choice and the 970 is a bit more but faster.

However I can understand if you don't want to take a step down in GPU... I'm just saying...

thank you
i think i will go with what you said i will get a cheaper i5. i whould get a 970 but i want to play games like witcher 3

You don't need GTX 980 for that.
Even just GTX 960 4Gb is enough for that.

If you are not going to overclock, you can take just regular i5 4670/4690 (usually slightly cheaper than K version)
Or step it down slightly even further and take 4440 or 4460.

After that, take the GTX970 instead of GTX980 as said.
