I'm playing the new Witcher and suddenly the game freaks out when i open a menu or do any other odd number of things. Like it will load forever and the sound will be completely absent for a few seconds before playing all at once. I have a Seagate barricuda 1tb, have had it for about half a year.

I made a reddit thread asking for help and no one seemed to be able to help. There was a huge amount of information we compiled though. http://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/37ol6o/computer_began_to_run_very_oddly_since_last_night/

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also I just formated my drive to see if that was it and reinstalled windows, same problem still exists. It also happens in ESO.

Solution
check your bios version it need bios 1006 for the regular fx 8320 and the version 2501 for the fx8320e also if you have a old video card around try her for test you could also try the gpu in the second slot to see if issue still on .

It's saying that my cpu temp is is 8.3c which can't be right. These programs for some reason never read my cpu temp right. Voltages is around 30-35 watts, jumps around. The fan speed is 1313

Strangely enough I just updated the bios to the new setting and the issue seemed to resolve itself. I don't know why it ran for months fine but suddenly decided to act up but I guess no one really understands computers to the fullest. Thanks again mate, cheers!
