I got an asrock x79 extreme4, raedon hd 6870, i7 3820 (I believe, it's been a while since I got the computer) and an xtreme gear 800w psu.

Yesterday I was opened the case to fix a fan that was making noise and noticed some dust in the psu. Blew on it, stupid thing. I wasn't thinking. I put everything back together and I heard sparking on start up. Quickly powered it down and smelled that electrical smell, like ozone I guess. Now my computer wont boot back up. My case fans, cpu fan, and the fan on my graphics card, and LED for my power button will only turn on for a second if I tap the PSU. How do I know if my Mobo and other components are alright? There's no beep when I hit the power button and the only way it will show any signs of life are if I tap the PSU.

Solution
You have a dead PSU.

The Xtreme Gear PSUs have a poor reputation. You see may reports in various forums about them dying or causing system crashes.
