can i oc my ram from 1333 to 1600 ?

hello i have 2x twinmos mainstream series ram one is 1333 mhz 4gb ddr3 and another is 4gb ddr3 twinmos 1600 and my mobo is Asus p8h61mlx3 r2.0
and my cpu is i3 2120 so can i oc my ram so that it both ran at 1600 mhz plz reply any help will be appreciated

are they both the same cas ratings? you might need to run them at loser timings like cas 10.

if the 1333mhz stick will run at 1600mhz then its fine. but it might need more dram voltage to do it. i wouldn't go past 1.55v though.

though a quick lookup and i see that the twinmos 1600 brand ram is supposed to run at 1.65v. i wouldn't run that high on your i3 motherboard. its not worth the potential damage to the memory controller. see if both sticks will run at cas 10, 10, 10, 30 timings with 1.55v at 1600mhz.
