Computer won't turn on after overheating because of watercooling

I just finished installing a custom water loop for an AMD fx8350. I installed everything correctly and filled it and it seemed to work fine. I worked on the water cooling in a different part of my house so when I finished testing for leaks I closed it up and moved it to a different part of my house. While moving it one of the fans for the radiator had come unplugged because I didn't have it latched in all the way. I didn't realize this because the fans are so quiet and hidden in my case. I started browsing the internet and watching some YouTube videos. I noticed the temperatures getting very high and I wasn't even doing anything demanding on it yet. I increased the pump speed and fans but the temperatures still weren't dropping. I had to leave the room for a minute to do something and when I came back the computer was off so I didn't get a chance to see if a message came up on screen before it powered off. The tubes and the reservoir were really hot and that's when I realized the fans were not plugged in. Well now the computer won't turn on and I've been letting it sit for an hour. When I try to turn it on the pump and fans come on for half a second. I really don't know what to do. I have heard you need to leave it off for a while after overheating but everything doesn't even feel that hot. I'm pretty sure my power supply did not die because it is very new. It is a 750 Watt power supply.

It's definitely not a power supply issue. I don't want to scare you, but you may have fried your CPU with the heat. I know a guy who killed his CPU by also forgetting to plug in the fan. It died just seconds after he booted his computer. :( Take your CPU to a computer repair shop and have them look at it.
