I've been following the following guide,

http://lifehacker.com/5837543/how-to-migrate-to-a-solid-state-drive-without-reinstalling-windows

Everything is cleaned up and back up. So I opened easeUs todo and started follwing the instructions in step 3. But the SSD is not shown as an available target. So then I looked under my computer and low and behold not there either.

It is however showing up under device manager (under inatek USB the enlosure manufacturer) and also under disk management. Its listed 232.88 GB Raw healthy (primary partition)

I'm just confused cause the article does't reference me having to do any special to the SSD in the enclosure to have it be recognized.

So I'm kind of lost at this point. Any help is much appreciated, thanks

Hey I ran into the same problem. I TRIED using the Samsung Migration software, but that for some reason gave me an error.
So I went to the disc manager like alsar88 said, and noticed that my SSD was listed as "offline." I set it to online, initialized it, and low and behold it showed up in EaseUS. I'm running the cloning process now.
I know your issue was resolved, but I figured that other people might come looking at this thread just as I did, and thought this info might help.

By the way, I was following the exact same guide. It seems we were doing the exact same thing!
