it's weird that considering the games you're playing that a 7700 series amd and 4 fans 120mm is not enough. but if you're looking for an upgrade you should know that 7700 series is rebadged to R7 250 for hd7750 and R7 260 for 7770.
the only considerable upgrade is R7 260x upward for amd lineup and geforce 750 ti for nvidia. but upgrading to those 260x or 750 ti wont give you a considerable amount of fps gain(20-30% at most) since those cards is more efficient but not much more powerfull. upgrading to geforce 960 or amd R9 280x is the only way you'll have a visible impact on performance.
(geforce 960 and radeon R9 280x is considered the "go-to" gpu for 1080p gaming)
Thank for the reply ... i will repost my details (older pc):
power supply cooler masters 550w ....motherboarD:GA-990FXA-D3... processor :amd 6100 six core ...8G RAM ...GRAPHIC CARD: GIGABYTES HD 7770 ... Is there anything wrong or missing ?? When i play with alot of player at the same maps .. then my graphic started lagging ... please help ...
ah i see. you started lagging when there's alot of players in the same maps (on dragon nest i presume?).
you see, that problem is not solely the fault of a GPU. especially on mmos, cpu power, ram speed, and connection stability is also affecting your performance when things got crowded, this kind of games is what people categorized as cpu bound games.
i think you need to see what kind of lag do you have, if it's more like stuttering than rubberbanding it's most likely that your cpu is not powerfull enough to process all the data for smooth gameplay and that translate to stuttering performance.
now even though your cpu is multicore, your game isnt really optimized to use all that core(you could prove this by looking how many cores are used while playing dragon nest on the task manager window). to simplify the problem, that game benefits more from raw single threaded power rather than the amount of core a processor has. (not to let you down but the bulldozer cores on your 6100 is not considered powerfull single-threaded permormer)
my point is, for your game selection, you'll see more smoother gamplay if you upgrade your cpu rather than your gpu. this is important, because even though you upgrade your gpu, there's a good chance you still see some stuttering on that game.
but it's just my opinion. if you're convinced on upgrading your GPU the i'll suggest geforce 960 since anything lower than that you might not see serious impact on your fps.
