I built a pc and have a trial version of 8.1 which lasts for 90 days, it is about to expire and I bought a windows 7 disc from China when I was there. I want to know if the disc has a product key in it as I watched a installation video and it said you need a product key. I don't have a product key unless it is already on the disc.

The Product Key is never on the disc. It is printed on a separate card which is included with the disc (when it's a genuine package from Microsoft).
Looks like you may have been ripped off mate.
You may be able to buy a Windows 7 Product Key from Amazon but it'll cost you the same as buying a genuine disc with a key.
