My socket has a lot f voltage fluctuation, its up to such an extent that im using 3 peripherals to get rid of it and still getting restarts due to asus anti surge.
to wall socket i connected a voltage stabilizer which has only 1 connectivity socket, i put in it a 4 socket surge protector, to which i connect wireless modem plus router,a set speakers and a UPS, and to ups i connect my PC and monitor.
3 peripherals and still getting 4-5 restarts a day.
Isn't there anything that can help other than shifting my pc to new socket.?

Here's one from Amazon that would do you good. With the capacity it has you will not deplete the battery when going through a lot of power issues. It would serve you well. APC BR1000G Back-UPS Pro 8-outlet Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). It has avr etc. Also enough battery time to let you have ample time to shut down if the power goes out completely. You could go with the APC BR700 but for about $22 difference i would stay with the 1000.
ASUS anti-surge is notoriously over-sensitive and "trigger happy" as you'll discover if you search these forums for posts on that issue, there are loads of them, and yet loads more if you "Google" it.

With the precautionary steps you've taken you can safely disable that feature in the BIOS settings, as many posters have indeed done.

MoBo: asus m5a78l-m/usb3
PSU : antec VP 450P
highest rated power usage of my whole system is 350 watts under 100% load and a bit oc on my cpu (which i dont keep).

@ Philip
i never really thought that asus anti surge protection is a gimmick lol, i kept thinking that its actually saving my components, so afterall its a gimmick and i should i disable it? please confirm one more time.

update1: two more things i noticed (1)My monitor also flashes when my stabilizer and UPS tick like mad. (2) My pc only restarts only when im playing high demanding games like skyrim and batman.

Disable it, it does more harm than good. But if that doesn't help, the PSU is likely the culprit.

You claim 350W usage - what GPU and CPU are you using? If you really have that kind of power draw, you have picked the wrong PSU for the job.

+12V rail is the mostly used one today. Your PSU can provide 18A over 2 rails, equalling 36A, which means it is capable of providing 430W of power on +12V rails. In reality, this is likely less - especially for PSUs which are not quite top quality. Age needs to be taken into account as well.

You need more headroom on that PSU than mere 100W - PSUs are not meant to be used near max rated power. Ideally, you need 30%-50% headroom for longevity, otherwise they will start running out of specs, being inefficient and overheating.

In your case, provided 350W rating is correct, you would need a 500-550W PSU ideally.

360 watt at extremely high usage , its generally around 230-240 under load playing games, and less than 100 under idle.
i have gtx 960 and fx 6300 with 4 gb ram and single 250 gb hdd

Ok everybody is talking about the power supply but if you read his original post he is talking about the wall socket supplying the power supply. The only thing i can think of doing is moving it to another power socket, or get a ups with avr, active voltage regulation. With that you should get a smooth power supply input and get rid of the restarts your having. By the way surge suppressors only work on very high surges, not on fluctuations like you are saying. You need a good ups to smooth out the voltage or another power socket that you can move to.
