Solution
You'll need to upgrade the power supply of that PC, Rigs at this price usually have poor power supplies with horrible voltage regulation and efficiency, Will also likely blow up and damage your components if you add a VGA in there.

How about this?

It's a 500W :) not sure what model or anything without opening up.

Just something not too expensive on the budget but will make a fair difference too performance ^^

Before anything else, You'll ideally want to get a high quality PSU, Here's a good option:

Currently 50USD after MIR with all modular cables and enough power to satisfy the needs of the most demanding single GPU rigs.
High quality components and excellent stability for the price, A good choice overall,

You'll want to have a good CPU cooler to OC the A8, the H7 is an excellent choice with easy mounting and good performance for the price.

The R9 270 has excellent bang for your buck, having nearly three times the performance of your APU, it willconquer almost any game you can think of at 720P on maximum detail.

(You may also have a good enough PSU, I'll need you to open up the case to check)
