Can you limit the clock speed of a GPU for a certain game or application?

all my programs are fine with the overclock that I just did except for the application called source film maker. Is there a way that I can limit the clock speed by 50 MHz so it does not crash or so the displays do not go off-line while I'm using it?

No but using MSI afterburner you can set different OC profiles and then in the settings, setup a global hotkey that whenever you press, it will load that profile for you, so you would just have to press that keyboard combo before you use the software and a different one after to get back to OC'ing.
