Hello. Thanks for visiting my thread. I want to purchase these things:
AMD A10-7850K Black Edition
G.Skill TridentX DDR3-2400 CL10 8GB Kit

I really know that it would be better to pair an Intel with a budget graphic card, but I want an APU.
My question is I don't really udnerstand would the CPU support 2400Mhz memory? I found some articles that said it would, but I'll better ask again. The seconds question is what motherboard will fit 7850k with 2400 memory? I've read some mobos specification and they say somethign like Support Dual Channel DDR3 2600(OC)/2400(OC)/2133/1866/1600/1333/1066/800 MHz

I don't get what OC means. I think it's overcloked. But what that means? Will my memory fit in such motherboard? Here' are some motherboards I'm intested in (I choose A88x chipset to control TPD, I don't really know If I would need this, but it costs 10 bucks more than others. Also I want 4x ram slots):

1. Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H
2. Asus A88XM Plus
3. ASRock FM2A88X Pro3+

I'm not really sure which mobo I need, but I won't be overcloking, neither using crossfire. But I want Dual Graphics.

Here's the link where I want to buy motherboard - http://www.computeruniverse.net/props/30000099/10000142/30154420/mainboards-amd-a88x.asp

I'm looking for something about 50euro excluding VAT (if yo uset your country outside EU it will show excl vat)

If the motherboard you have supports 2400MHZ memory you'll have to manually go into the BIOS and overclock the RAM to the manufacturer's rated timings, frequency and voltages.
(2400 doesn't provide much of a performance boost over 2133 anyway, And it usually costs substantially more to boot.)

I don't really want to overclock anything. THanks for the answer. Now I don't know what should I get a CL9 or CL10/11 2133 memory. It costs the same. G.Skill Ares 8GB DDR3 Kit 2400 CL9 = 54 euro excl vat and G.Skill Ares 8GB DDR3 Kit 2400 CL11 costs 54 euro excl vat. Why price is the same?

Have no idea why the prices are the same, but go for the CL9 2400MHZ kit as it has the least latency compared to C11 and is ideal for APU's.

(Overclocking the RAM is pretty easy if your motherboard supports it, Will only take you 5 minutes with the guidance of your manual)

Can you please tell, do I needto overlock 2133 ram to work with A10-7850?
