2) may i goto 1600MHz or 1866Mhz ?
3) what is the deference between

and
Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866Mhz
??

4) I'm spending more money on MB .. Can i save some money from MB ? any suggestions ?

If there is any suggestions to reduce the cost it will be great :D :D

Solution
Ud3p is THE best 970 series board around.
The d3p is not as good.

If the ud3p is not available then look at the msi gaming 970 or Asus m5a 97 r2 or evo (not the le) for other decent budget options.

The 212 evo is fine (be sure it fits in your case )

The 8320e is doenclocked & undervolted but the same silicon - buy whichever is the better price - if its within $10 or so the standard 8320 will perform considerably better out of the box at stock settings.
Gigabyte 970a-ud3p for motherboard.
Id pick the standard 8320 over the 8320e if price is similar.

You need to budget for an aftermarket cooler

The savage ram is slightly better quality - look for a 2x4gb two stick set rather than a single stick even if it means dropping to 1600mhz.

500w psu is plenty for an 8 core & 270x.

Thank you ,
I will go with the Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P
( GA-970A-D3P vs GA-970A-UD3P which one ? :??: )

how about Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ?

5320 and 8320e both are same, ant they ? :??:

i'm frm Sri lanka , and i'm planing to buy from amazon / newegg through a company ( 5% + shipping for them ) :D
Most probably i will go with used parts due to that DOA thing ( If any part DOA then i hv to pay again for shipping and warranty terms will not fit bla bla .. )
