GTX 690 Low FPS

So guys, today i took my old Gtx 580 to put my new 690. Very excited and everything..
But after running GTA V, i noticed that the perfomance wasn't what i was expected..
Tried Witcher 3 and, BAM, even on Low settings, the FPS is something like 10-15.
Any solutions or tips?

SPECS -

i7 2600
8GB Ram DDR3
1 tera
corsair 650w

It is. And Experience recognizes it too. Don't know what to do about it. Some games runs fine with Multi-GPU enable (GTA V ~80fps) and others just don't run (The Witcher 3 ~20) :(

I dunno. The next step I would take is looking into what apps use sli, and make sure that your VRAM is not maxing out. The reason I suggest checking vram on witcher is that it is high texture will use up 3-4gb, and the 690 has 2gb per gpu, or an effective 2gb. When DX12 comes out, this won't be the case, but until then (july 31st), use your 580.
