what laptop should i get for the sims 3 (UK)

I have tried to play the Sims 3 on my windows 7 HP intel core i3 and it wouldn't work. I really want to play it and the expansion packs but I don't know what kind of laptop i can get. It needs to be kind of cheap (in pounds £) and it must be able to play the sims 3 and possibly 4. Please help!!!

The Sims 3 base game can run on pretty much any computer. If you're playing on a computer with integrated graphics (which might be what your laptop has) you'll probably have to play with settings on low-medium. Expansion packs will make your game laggy (personal experience) if you have a low end computer. If you want to play Sims 3 flawlessly, youre gonna have to spend some cash :( especially w/ expansion packs. I recommend you find a laptop that has a graphics card with 2GB or more and an processor that is decent (i3 or higher should be good)

Sims 4 requires less strain on your computer and was made to run on lower end computers. The laptop you have now can run it on laptop mode
