My CPU, Memory and Disk usage is a lot hiigher than normal

Ive tried using 2 differnt anti viruses (Kaspersky and MalwareBytes) and found nothing. Ive been trying to delete things but it hasnt helped.

Malwarebytes is a anti-malware, not a anti-virus, perhaps try AVG.

Also go into task manager, you do so by going ctrl, alt, delete simultaneously. Then click Processes and you'll be able to click CPU or Memory to see which application is using the most resources, let me know what you find.
