Hi and thank you for clicking on my post.
I would love some advice and any suggestions that you might have about my choice of components for this build even though I have done many hours of researching (due to the fact i have always played on consoles so I don't have that much knowledge in this area ). Any suggestions on better parts would greatly be appreciated and any tips and tricks that you might have would be as well.

I am also looking for the best bang for my buck and am hoping that this system will last me as long as possible with the least amount of problems (having the most relabel and best quality parts)

Games I would like to play: To be able to play skyrim (modded), total war series (modded) witcher 3 and arma series (at 1080p maxed and 1440p high with good frame rate).

Note: Would like the ability to go sli or crossfire in the future.

Case: Fractal Design Define R5
Power supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 750W PC Power Supply - Gold
Mother board:MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard (1x DDR3, 6x USB3.0, 8x USB2.0, GBE, LAN, HDMI, DVI, VGA).
Cpu; Intel i5 4690k
Ram/memory: HyperX Savage 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 CL9 DIMM XMP Memory Module
Cooler:Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (120mm)
GPU: Not 100% sure but I have a budget of 300-400 euro.
Storage:?
Operating system: Windows 8

Also any tips one when to purchase parts or extra parts that i should purchase would also be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Solution
This will essentially max out all current games at 1080P with the exception of GTA V and Witcher 3. Great build, BTW. And also, look into NZXT H440 if your budget fits, grab the black/red version for more awesome colors.

What manufacture would you recommend. Also should i buy it now or wait until amd 300s gpus are released to see if the price of the gtx 970 goes down like how when the the nivida 900 series came out the amd cards were all cut in price?
