Big drop in fps in games recently

It seems in the past few days my fps has decreased a lot in games such as TF2, Borderlands , Black Ops 2 and GTA V it has gone from around 200 to 30 in combat and various other games also i have been having these long 10 second freezes as well. Specs R9 270 8GB ram Corsair 1333mhz FX 6300 2 wd Blues 600w power supply

Well, I don't recommend doing anything on your own in the BIOS as it's not clear what the problem is. I mentioned some of the usual reasons that are causing fps dropping but none of them are true for you. Only thing left is contacting your manufacturer and get advice from him or wait and get some more replies, maybe someone knows what is the problem.
