computer keeps shutting down when I try to startup it started after I change the battery.

It is a desktop I thin its called the CMOS battery. I am using Windows 7 AMD Athlon (tm) 5000 Dual core processor 2.26GHz 400 GB (3.25 usable) I am not sure what you need. Can you please tell me what else I need to tell you. Thank you
