Hi, I have the current build in my signature, but I wanted to upgrade it in order to play witcher 3, far cry 4, dragon age 3, etc. maxed out. I have 2 options, but I wanted to spend the less money possible.
The first option would be this one:

Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($64.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $404.25
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

So with the first one I would be able to overclock my current FX 6300 and avoid bottlenecking the GPU. I think its the most viable option. It's an Intel upgrade really necessary? Please tell me your opinions. Also the gtx 970 would be a used one on amazon warehouse deals since its cheaper.
