Upgrade GPU with 460w PSU

Hi all, long time reader, first time poster here. I have a Dell XPS 8500: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883155557

I want to upgrade my GPU, but I don't want to upgrade the PSU yet. The PSU is a 460w and has two 6-pin PCIe connectors, and the current GPU is an AMD Radeon HD 7570 1GB. What would be a decent card to go with? Thanks in advance for your help.

Without knowing the actual specs of the PSU (nameplate), I feel safe recommending a GTX 960.

Also, I would ideally like to spend under $100, I'm saving up for a new build in a year or two and have to keep this expense as low as possible. This is more or less just a stopgap.

The +12v rail(s) is good for 385W, so my previous comment stands. I wouldn't go any more than that.
