I have a monitor and keyboard that I like already, I also have a GTX 750TI, I just need the rest. Color doesn't matter to me, I'd like to keep the price down as much as possible. I mainly play MMO, RPGS like WoW, ArcheAge, I also play Arma3 and would like to play Arma3 life and GTA5. so whatever is needed to run those effectively. i'd also like to keep the temps down as much as possible! Thank youuu!

Solution
This will pair nicely with a GTX 750Ti. The PSU will be happy powering much more demanding GPU's if you decide to upgrade in the future.

The SSD will make the whole PC feel responsive and the case has pretty good airflow and you can add extra fans

You can upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 for free when it's released.

You can improve cooling by adding an aftermarket CPU cooler like this but it's not essential http://pcpartpicker.com/part/zalman-cpu-cooler-cnps10xoptima

Solution

Yes. Windows 10 is amost exactly like 8, with some cosmetic changes. Kind of like how the latest Vista and 7 are nearly identical. The difference is that 10 will allow DX12 which might be nice to have for next year's games. There's thousands of people using Windows 10 technical preview version which you download for free from Microsoft. Lots of support forums for it as well. Eventually Microsoft will require you to purchase a key, similar to when the Windows 7 RTM client ran out.

Your games will run fine on 7, 8 or 10. Right now 10 isn't officially released but it will be in a few weeks. The cost of Win 8.1 was only $2 more so if you have a strong preference for that get 8.1 but I strongly recommend you upgrade to 10 within 12 months as the upgrade will only be free for 12 months.
