Hi all,

My configuration is the following:

256GB SSD - OS drive
2x500GB drives - storage in raid 0

The other day I reinstalled windows 7 on the SSD due to it being slow and some other issues. Windows 7 is now running perfect however the raid 0 drives are showing up as "Failure" in disk management. I exited out to the bios and reconfigured the two drives for raid 0 which ended up in the same result.

The two drives worked fine prior to the reinstall however not after. I am a bit concerned about the data on the drives so if there are any suggestions on either how to fix the raid, or possibly pull one drive off and get it back to a readable state, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

If anyone needs additional details, please let me know.

Thank you in advance!!!

It is true RAID0 offers no redundancy but it is also true that recovery is often possible. If you can determine the stripe size and drive order then recovery software like R-Studio or ufsexplorer can do the job.
