Invalid System Disk Help!!!! Windows 98

Hi,
just wanted someone to help me i need alot of help with this error above and when i insterted windows 98 install disk it dosen't read it

hmm....8 minutes between initial post and freaking out because no one is responding. Relax a bit.

Maybe your install media is toast?
Or maybe give us a bit of background as to what exactly you are doing, and with what.

Ok well the disk works on my other computer and it worked fine when i put it in before it broke

Also i may believe it was a virus since the windows 98 operating system is still on the machine

Your system disk isn't being detected? It probably got corrupted. Make a new disk

Alright i will make a disk but it's weird that it's corrupted since it worked when i put it in?
