Ok so here is the problem, recently i've been having problems with loading websites. The funny thing is websites like youtube.com, yahoo.com, google.com all load within a second but the vast majority do not they just spin and say waiting for whatever.com. They include this site, steampowered.com, ebay.com, amazon.com, and the list goes on. It might take a minute of 2 for them to fully load if not it gives up and says the connection has timed out. This is happening right now and my speeds are ping 28 ms, 17.36Mbps DL and 2.83Mbps UL measured at http://speedtest.comcast.net/ . I've read similar post to this most people recommend either its a malware problem or a DNS problem. I've always used mediacom's provided DNS but recently tried to change to OPENDNS and it did not help the problem. I've also booted in safe mode with networking and the problem persists. The problem is also on every computer in the household. If anyone has any idea's id be more that grateful.
