Its been happening ever since i started overclocking my gpu using EVGA precision X with these settings:
Power Target: 110%
GPU temp target: 90oC
GPU Clock Target: +150MHZ
Mem Clock Target: +500MHZ

Also, im getting this message "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered.
Display driver NVIDIA wINDOWS kERNEL Mode Driver, Version 352.86 stopped responding and has succesfully recovered."

reinstall drivers. go into device manger after having reinstalled the drivers and uninstall the video card.(important==== only do this if your cpu has integrated graphics on it) restart computer. go into device manger and scan for hardware change to reinstall the card if it hasn't already reinstalled because of the restart....

Just did the underclock, it seems that i dont have the same issues, how did i find that out? simple, i pressed ctrl+alt+delete and it brings me to that screen... the interesting thing is that when i overclocked there would be lines moving all over the screen, and with the underclock they were all gone...

did you underclock memory only?
