changing fan speed in Dual Intelligent Processors 5

So my cpu is running really hot (up to 80c when playing gta)
i also have water cooling but i have some problems with my fans.

Vcore is 0,93V

Help or tips would REALLY be appricated

your pump is plug to cpu fan and the fan cooler to cpu opt do you only have 2 case fan they run low at 600 rpm the inside air flow must be very poor .

How can i fix the airflow? the case is a 450d with decent cable managment, i am on a lan thought and its really fucking hot in here so yeah....

your system detect 2 fan and case came with 3 ,as 2 140 mm in front and 1 120 mm in the back you could some on top as exaust fan also the one you have must be low cfm one , the other thing do you play the game using only the onboard ideo chipset on the cpu or you have a gpu in the system and play game with .
