Hi everybody! I'm building a SFF mITX build, and I'm trying to figure out the best CPU Cooler for my Xeon 1241v3. The case I'm using is the Silverstone SG13, and the clearance that I have to work with for my cooler is around 80 mm. I was going to use the Raijentek Pallas, but with user DonkeyOatie's help, I figured out that it hangs over the motherboard too far to fit in my case.
So, my question is, what is the best air cooler under 80 mm? I'm aware of the Noctua NH-L12, which will fit without the top fan, but it loses some performance in single fan mode. Does anybody have any other recommendations? I've been using mostly frostytech.com and silentpcreview.com for my cooler research. Thanks!
