I have a rig built for gaming but can't seem to get good frame rates... I've downloaded all the drivers in the world it seems

Question: Are you asking for help diagnosing why your FPS are low on your current build OR are you looking for advice to create a new build? If the former, could you list the game(s) that you're trying to play, resolution, game settings (e.g. medium high) and average FPS? If the latter then what is your budget?
