Will An Enermax Liqmax II 240 Fit Inside A Corsair Carbide 200R?

So I'm thinking of upgrading my CPU cooler to an Enermax Liqmax II 240 but I'm not sure if it'll fit inside my case as in, I'm not sure if it'll conflict with my RAM. Does anyone know whether it will or not? I have an MSI 970 Gaming ATX AM3+ Motherboard with two 4gb sticks of G.Skill Ripjaws Series DDR3-1600 RAM.

I don't believe it will... I've got that case and asrock 990fx and if u put rad in with fans connected to it , u can't use fan holes in to of chassis, u must use grill holes instead and find a way to secure the side of the rad facing out to left (open) side of case. Also for anyone that says it's my mobo, it misses by the entire thickness of the fan. Maybe there's a mobo u could use but it won't be a common one.

U may be able to mount fans to outside of grill on top for a pull only setup.
