The printer (DCP-J152W) output is skewed.
i.e. the image is angled down at one side.
The image is NOT distorted in any way. It is simply rotated about 5 degrees clockwise.
The paper is feeding correctly.
The image is not printing correctly.
It is obviously a software problem.
How can this be fixed short of returning the printer and having it replaced?
