How do I fix this?

I was wondering why my pc wasn't starting so I opened up the case and the 2 wires for both the reset and power switches weren't connected to the front panel of the case, I'm unsure of how I can fix this issue could someone please inform me on what it is I need to do? btw I have a SilverStone SG13 Computer Case.
