Looking for a PREBUILT PC that will play the newer games.

Put simply, I just want someone to direct me to the cheapest prebuilt gaming PC (that they know of) that will run games like Elite: Dangerous, Cities: Skylines, and Just Cause 3, as well as emulators up to and including Xbox 360. I hope to play older games (like the first two Thief games) as well but I figure the patches I'm using on my current PC will work on any modern system. Please help!

(Yes, I do know that building it will be cheaper but I'd rather buy it altogether and just play it. But NOTE: By "prebuilt" I don't necessarily mean TECHNICALLY prebuilt; if someone could direct me to a website and a list of things with which to "build" it there, that would be helpful too.)

USD... In fact, pretend I never answered about how high I could go. Whether I had 2 dollars or 2 million dollars, the answer should be the same. I want the cheapest that can do it. Please understand. Thank you!

This CyberPower Zeus Mini is a great deal for less then 1000 USD. Two terabyte HDD & SSD, Intel Core i7-4770K, 16 gigs of RAM, and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 780. very good deal.

EDIT- I take that back. my source said that it shipped with those components, and under further research,m I found it does not. I am searching for a better desktop now. My bad!

No. the absolute most inexpensive PC that I can reccomend that can play those games is The Alienware X51.
I don't like recommending alienware, and for most gamers you are better off saving up for a 1500 Desktop, but if he does not want to do that then this is probably his best choice.

You can pay less but you will sacrifice in game detail, reduced fps and the system wont last as long before it struggles with the latest games.

What resolution do you want to games at and what fps? Your either governed by what res & fps you want or trying to get the best system for a set budget.

I understand. What exactly is wrong with Alienware?

Well I certainly want optimal performance, or at least the "room" to ADD stuff that will get it there. But mainly, for about a year or so, I want to just play games that are out already. I don't typically have to buy all the latest games right away.

But I don't know how to answer about resolution or FPS directly, I'm sorry.

Also, I may have misspoke earlier. It doesn't have to be TECHNICALLY prebuilt. If I can pay someone else to build it, a direction to the website and list of things to add would be fine. I just don't want to build it myself physically. I'll get into all that stuff later perhaps.

So can anyone direct me to a website that will let me choose what goes into a gaming PC that I "build" there? This is what I've gathered from the requirements listed for both Cities: Skylines and Elite: Dangerous combined:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470, 3.20GHz / AMD FX-6300, 3.5Ghz or 2GhZ Quad Core (whichever's better)
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 6 GB
OS: Microsoft Windows 7/8 (64-bit)
Video Card: nVIDIA GeForce GTX 660, 2 GB / AMD Radeon HD 7870, 2 GB
Free Disk Space: 4 GB

I'm not sure if this will be enough to run an Xbox 360 emulator or not, though.

couple options-
IBuyPower- probably your best bet
CyberPowerPC- another great choice.
OriginPC- VERY high quality, but might be out of your price range.

Dude do you know there are actually people that build you a complete PC out of you budget. Say you have 1000 dollars budget, he puts best matching components together, charges a few bucks for his work and gives you a complete build that you can turn on and play games.

Well sure, but I don't know any of those people. That's why I'm asking for websites (And I do regret ever giving the number 1000, because I didn't want people giving answers based on that, but just telling me what the cheapest is, to their knowledge).

I'd need to buy Windows separately, huh?

I guess you'd need to buy OS separately.
Wait this is 520USD? Damn man that doesn't pay off at all. Simply as i said, find someone to make you a PC for $500 if you don't know/want to do it and that's all. That CPU is okay but the GPU is bad. Especially for this price. Carey Holzman does this he's on youtube check him out. What is your max budget so i can orientate?

It really would be helpful to be specific about your budget rather than just declare "the cheapest possible so it doesn't matter what the budget is". The ability to "play games" is not binary - what you're doing is like asking for the least expensive car than can go fast or the least expensive vacation that's fun. You're getting inadequate answers because you have vague goals and a vague budget.

What do you mean by "It doesn't pay off"? And I thought that's what I was doing, finding someone to build it, because that's the point of the website. But are you saying Carey Holzman would do it cheaper or something?

My max budget shouldn't change the answer any, because I'm looking for the cheapest PC that will run these particular games, but it's around 1000.

Will all due respect, my goals are not vague. I specified which games I'm looking to play with the PC. And I gave the number 1000 earlier, but regretfully because it really shouldn't change the answer I get - if I'm looking for the cheapest PC that will play these games. The answer should be the same, whether I have tons of money or no money at all.

It has i7 (doesn't say which but most prrobably not 4th gen) 1GB HD5670 which is i think enough for those games and 8GB of ram+1TB hard drive. That's the best i could find in a few minutes of searching.
