Running a FX 8350, you definitely need a solid stable MB. I've had a GA970, can't even run stable at default. Changed to a Asus M5A9, worked just fine. Water damaged the MB, changed to the Asus sabertooth, runs even better. If you want use FX8350c get a good cooler and MB is a MUST. You will find its worth.
