I cant decide which board to get since they all have good features and since im looking for one to handle my gaming build. The only issue i have is, is that most Msi products are always out of stock and im not shore to wait for the ack or proceed with an Asus.

The difference between performance at this high caliber is miniscule. Go with the Asus, since you can still have all the features you'll need for gaming.

All computers are pretty much all compatible with all hardware anymore. Obviously you have to pay attention to what brand CPU you are buying, and make sure the motherboard you want to buy has the right socket for the CPU, but after that everything else is pretty much the same.
It is smart to try to buy memory that has been verified by the motherboard's maker that the motherboard you want to buy will work with the memory you want to buy, and every motherboard maker keeps a list of that on the web page for each motherboard. video cards, hard drives, SSD's, CPU coolers, keyboards, mice, printers, etc... are all compatible with all motherboards.
