Asus H97-Plus vs Intel DH87MC vs Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H

I'm building a PC and I'm now confused with which motherboard to use. I've selected i7-4790 processor so which of the above mentioned suits best with this processor?
I'll be using the computer for video editing, blender rendering and also for running Auto CAD and Netbeans. If there are any motherboard which suits i7 more and falls in the same price range, please let me know.

Get the Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H. Z97 chipsets are the go-to for your needs.

With a locked 4790 the Asus h97 would be just fine. If you where getting the 4790k then I would suggest the z97.

The only advantages(where you have a non k spu) are the gigabyte supports faster ram, and has a sata express port(but it only has 4 sata ports where the asus has 6).
