I put a ATI Radeon HD 5850 graphics card in my computer. When I turned the computer on there was only one long beep sound and a black screen the whole time.
I have a MSI MS 7721 motherboard with an integrated graphics card and 420W PSU. Does this graphics card need additional power or is it enough if it gets it from the motherboard? Because I got it from a friend and he said that the power from motherboard was enough to charge it.
