I'm looking to get into streaming and i don't have a ton of money to spend. I already have a pre-existing build which goes as follows:
Amd quad core A10 5600k
Geforce Gtx 550 ti 2gb
1x DDR3 1600 8gb RAM
500gb WD 7200 (boot)
1.5TB WD 7200
Corsair TX 650w
2 200ml fans
1 140ml fan
Coolermaster Haf XM
Gigabyte(one of the extreme boards)
Asus PCE-N15 (wireless networking)
Coolermaster hyper 212 evo

So i have a base to build off of. Not a very good one. Which is why I need new parts. My cpu isn't strong enough to hold up a stream and my gpu is gagged very heavily with just playing games. So I need help with this.

I'm thinking about getting an i5-4690k, Geforce Gtx 960 4gb, AsRock Z97 Anniversary Atx lga 1150.

Can anyone tell me if any of that is overkill, if i need a new cooler with the i5, if i can stretch down the price anywhere which is around (600) before rebates on pcpartpicker, if i need a new psu to keep up with everything(that's a big one i've never been able to tell how many watts to get), if i need more ram, ect.

This needs to run games at maybe medium or higher settings and stream the games at the same time. Things like Dark souls 1&2, Witcher 3, evolve, so basically the big titles, and then emulators which i know take a lot of cpu power so if i really do need an i7 or something like that tell me please, then capture cards with consoles like the el gato hd 60 to stream ps3 and ps4, wii u, the one. Things like that. Thank you for the help and seriously don't be afraid to tell me if i need to jack anything up to ensure nothing lags.

Also if you're wondering about internet i've got 25 down and 5 up. Let me know if that needs some more umph too because i know 1080p is around 3500 and that's really close to the 5 i've got. I should be able to upgrade it if need be. Again thank you.

Solution
Well, nothing in there is really overkill. I'm a twitch streamer myself. An i5 should be fine, along with the 960. I would recommend that you get a Radeon R9 290 if you have enough wattage, as it costs less.
