Please Guys im desperate! My fps has dropped in everygame

It seems in the past few days my fps has decreased a lot in games such as TF2, Borderlands , Black Ops 2 and GTA V it has gone from around 200 to 30 in combat and various other games also i have been having these long 10 second freezes as well. Specs R9 270 8GB ram Corsair 1333mhz FX 6300 2 wd Blues 600w power supply
I have tried reinstalling drivers
My temps are fine

1080p i forgot to mention that i have a second monitor which is 1280 x 1024 but anyway the fps doesnt change when i change resolution or graphic settings.

Ok well... that is weird but your set-up, 200 fps, at 1080p, on GTA 5 does not make. Oo

Ok not on GTA 5 but Black Ops 2 and TF2 it is. Do you have any ideas on what it could be?

Might want to try some alternative malware scans. Windows Defender is good but no single scanner catches everything. Just make sure you only have one that gives real-time protection. I use Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D and even use Hitman PRO as a fallback secondary cleaner. They are all free. Well, I use Malwarebytes premium cause I bought it years ago, but the free one is just as good just no real-time protection.

I have already used Malwarebytes (but i forgot to say) but im currently download spybot and Hitman now thanks.

Hitman Pro will probably only be useful if you know you have a problem. Like for example, if you have the Ask toolbar and you're looking to get rid of it. Hitman PRO will remove the last vestiges of it that other cleaners, like Adaware, would leave behind.
