Does reinstalling Windows delete things on other drives?

I know it is a stupid question but I just need some quick confirmation. I need to reinstall Windows on C drive but I don't know if it'll affect my 3 other HDDs/SSD. I am backing everything (I can't afford to lose) up on OneDrive but this is honestly so long to wait... Thanks!

it only affects the installed drive, but i suggest you unplug your other drives. Windows for some stupid reason occassionally install system files on your other hard drive, not just your boot drive. If that happens you need to have your other drives installed in order to boot up windows which is annoying.

Ahh forgive my incompetency but I will always have this PC with these HDDs/SSDs and the only changes will be extra SSDs. I just can't be bothered to open up my PC again. It's because I can't unplug one of my fan headers because my aftermarket CPU cooler is so big that I won't be able to plug in the case fan again.

Thanks again for the advice!

No, the fan is attached to the case side panel so I can't remove the panel completely making it hard to access the components inside. I had searched for so long for another fan header before. You are probably right though.
